Cell Imaging
Medical EquipmentWhen designing the outer covers for its new automated cell-imaging system, this Southern California based medical company turned to Ray Products and Pressure Forming. The main housing is approximately 36” x 36” and has formed-in features for two small access doors. All parts are pressure formed using UL 94 V-0 flame rated material. The curved top cover is molded in tinted polycarbonate. External skins are painted and silkscreened. Hinge mounts and other hardware were installed prior to shipment.

Solar Racking
Solar EnergyWhen the leader in one-piece easy-to-install solar-mounting systems needed a manufacturing partner, they chose Ray Products. Our ability to mold large parts (up to 10 x 18 feet) allowed a multi-cavity tool to be produced, allowing the manufacturing of high volumes in short lead times. Utilizing an assembly cell at the 6-axis robotic trimming station allowed for the molding, trimming and assembly of the product in a continuous cycle.
